Renewing your Dues

Membership Renewal Page

There are two methods of paying membership dues:

1) By check (in U.S. dollars only), made out to NAPH and mailed to the address below:

*To renew by mail use the dues envelope you received in the mail or submit a membership renewal form. Click HERE for MEMBERSHIP FORM (fillable .pdf*), download it to your computer, fill it out and mail it to the NAPH with your check at the above address.

INSTITUTIONAL Members will find their form HERE.


2) By credit card using the secure online service,PayPal.


*If you have never used PayPal before, it is very easy. All you need is an email address and a credit card. The system will guide you through the process. To check out just follow the directions or click on "view cart" below if you return to this page. Just click on the PayPal icon below next to your membership category to start the process.


*If your personal information has changed (mailing address, phone number, email address, institutional affiliation) and you renew online with PayPal, we need that information for our database. Just download and open the MEMBERSHIP FORM to your computer, fill in the new information, save the file (click "save as" under the file menu in your word processor), then email it to us as an attachment by clicking HERE. You may also select, copy, and paste the new information from the membership form right into the email message you send to NAPH.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND DUES RENEWAL AMOUNTS:

INSTITUTIONAL member - $500.00 per year
REGULAR member - $60.00 per year
RETIRED member-$30.00 per year
STUDENT member-$20.00 per year


Receipts for Membership Dues Renewal
You will receive a receipt for your online payment at the email address you give to PAYPAL during the payment process. PAYPAL interprets membership renewal payments as "subscriptions," so you will see your transaction referred to by that categorization on your receipt.


*REMEMBER*

You still need to mail us a MEMBERSHIP FORM, or INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIP FORM, even if you paid your dues online. Download it to your computer, fill it out and mail it to the NAPH with your check at the above address.

Membership renewal payment is separate from registration fees for the NAPH conference. NAPH membership is not required for conference registration, but members save money on conference registration.
